- Dividend yield to be above the S&P 500 average dividend yield, and at least 2.5%
- Dividend Free Cash Flow coverage ratio over 2.0

There are a lot of solid performers in this month’s group. We currently own SRE in our personal portfolio, but also like Merck (MRK), Digital Realty Trust (DLR), and possibly Medical Properties Trust (MPW). Which stocks do you like?
